Masala Chai Cupcakes

As warm and inviting as a cup of hot chai on a cold day. This cupcake is packed full of spices that go into traditional masala chai: cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and black pepper. Inside the cupcake is a spiced chai caramel that gives even more chai flavor. The whole cupcake gets topped with a cinnamon cardamom buttercream and a Parle-G cookie.
