Badam Babe’s menu changes seasonally, so we can keep up with orders and make sure we’re providing our customers with the best product possible. From October through February, we will be focusing on making delicious chocolate bonbons with seasonal and original flavors. From March through September, we’ll be baking up delicious cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
If you would like to order a cake out of season, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Please note: we cannot offer 6” cakes out of season.
Cake Menu:
All cake flavors can be made eggless upon request!
Strawberry Rose Cake- Layers of vanilla cake are sandwiched between a bright strawberry frosting and a strawberry rooh-afza jam. It can be topped with fresh chamomile flowers or dollops of jam and buttercream.
Filter Coffee Tiramisu- Layers of vanilla cake soaked in freshly brewed filter coffee, cocoa nibs between each layer for a nice crunch and covered in a lush mascarpone Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Shrikhand Cake- Layers of cardamom vanilla cake topped with a cream cheese frosting flavored with cardamom, rosewater and saffron. Covered Swiss meringue buttercream flavored with rosewater, cardamom flecks and a hint of vanilla.
Masala Chai Cake- Layers of cake spiced with black pepper, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and freshly grated ginger, Parle-G cake crumbles between the layers and topped with a chai spiced Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Bournvita Mocha Cake- Layers of chocolate cake covered with Bournvita chocolate buttercream and Bournvita chocolate cake crumbles nestled between each layer.
Haldi Doodh Cake- Layers of almond-saffron cake with cardamom-vanilla buttercream, naturally tinted yellow with turmeric.
