Masala Chai Cake

Spiced with black pepper, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and freshly grated ginger, this cake feels like you're sipping chai on a rainy day. This cake has Parle-G cake crumbles between the layers and is topped with a chai spiced Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Decorated with candied ginger, rose petals, saffron sugar and Parle-G biscuits. 

Note: This cake can come in any color, it doesn't have to come in blue.
