Holiday Bonbon Collection

For this year’s holiday bonbon collection, we’re featuring classic treats of the season, reimagined into a bite-sized chocolate. Each flavor nods to special Badam Babe traditions: the apple pie bonbon was inspired by the apple pie I bake with my mom every year. Shaishav’s Breakfast is a fun take on Shaishav’s favorite morning treat: South Indian filter coffee and chocolate croissants. 

A combination of smooth ganaches, flavorful confections and crunchy textures enrobed in couverture chocolate. 

Apple Pie - green apple pate de fruit spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg + pie crust feuilletine base enrobed in Caramelia white chocolate.

Eggnog - custard ganache spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg enrobed in white chocolate. Contains rum and egg yolk.

Marshmallow Hot Chocolate - vanilla bean marshmallow + dark chocolate ganache enrobed in milk chocolate. Contains pork gelatin.

Shaishav’s Breakfast - filter coffee ganache + croissant duja. Contains hazelnuts.
