Bournvita Mocha Cake

Fluffy, rich chocolate cake layers, blanketed with silky smooth Bournvita chocolate buttercream and Bournvita chocolate cake crumbles are nestled between each layer. 

Cakes come with 3-4 layers. 

This cake is a favorite childhood drink all grown up. Bournvita, a malted chocolate drink made by Cadbury, was a staple in every Indian household and was what we drank instead of Nesquik Chocolate milk when we visited India. During the pandemic, I started mixing a bit of Bournvita malted chocolate powder into my morning coffee and it became an end-of-the-week treat. Then I turned it into a cake!
